Chanteur Rockabilly US né en 1929, Jerry Capehart était aussi un manager et auteur de musique et fut un chanteur régulier au Hollywood Jubilee (El Monte, Californie) en 1956. Il co-écrivit les célèbres titres de rock Summertime Blues et C'mon Everybody avec Eddie Cochran, dont il fut manager. Jerry est mort à Nashville (Tennessee) le 7 juin 1998. Il fut le manager d'éddie COCHRAN mais aussi l'un des premiers à auditionner avec éddie en décembre 1955 les superbes "WALKIN' STICK BOOGIE et ROLLIN'" pour EKKO Records il serait également au vocal sur "HEART OF A FOOL "
