I lucked out and found this. Dated Nov. 18, 1949.
Go full screen and listen to the radio, like our folks did back in the days.
What's special about this is that Hank Williams was still relatively new.
By now he had 10 charted records, and "My Bucket's Got A Hole In It",
entered the charts a week later.
"Little" Jimmy Dickins had just debuted on the chart in April with his
signature song "Take An Old Cold Tater (and Wait)",
and followed that with "Country Boy". Red Foley was up to 12 charted.
I didn't change anything about this or cut out the Prince Albert spots, I left just as it is. I only cut it at applauses for the sake of time.
So sit back, dim the lights so you get a feel of the 'old days' and enjoy a good time from the Grand Old Opry in Germany.
Red Foley's opening song "Freight Train Boogie" was recorded by The Delmore Brothers in 1946, it was a #2 hit for them.

The final segment featuring Hank Williams singing "Lovesick Blues",
and one more time with Minnie Pearl. "I'm Throwing Rice
(At The Girl I Love)", was on the B-side of "Tennesse Polka",
it charted at #11 in July.
A week later, Eddy Arnold scored his seventh #1 in a row with the song
