Chanteur et compositeur Rockabilly US né Harold Raymond Scott en 1929 à Bicknell (Indiana). Ray Scott est le compositeur du fameux "Flyin' Saucers Rock 'n' Roll" pour Billy Riley. Il enregistra lui-même un superbe Rockabilly: "Boppin' Wig Wam Willie" pour le label Erwin en 1957, ensuite il passa chez Satellite (58) , Stomper Time (59) et RCT (61 ?).
