Suzy Q & Her Be-Bop Boys have an authentic 1950's Rockabilly sound, much like the wild records made by Gene Vincent & His Blue Caps with Cliff Gallup's crazy guitar sound. They have been playing around Southern California for about 2 years and are comprised of veteran musicians.

Suzy Dughi, Bass/vocals and Buddy Dughi, lead guitar have played in a wide variety of Rockabilly bands for close to 20 years (including The Hot Rod Trio for the last 16 years). William "Doc" Corner, Drums, has played in bands such as Green Idols, Blue Vynal 66, Invisible Men, and a few different Rockabilly bands for over 20 years. Bill Anders is the steady rhythm guitarist who has an interest in recording, and has a home recording studio.

Most of the songs performed by the band are originals , along with some upbeat covers from their favorite artists. Recently they had the honor of being one of the featured acts at the 1st annual Rockabilly Hall of Fame Gene Vincent Tribute show, along with the original Blue Caps! They have also appeared with other well known Rockabilly acts such as The Collins Kids, Lee Rocker, Big Sandy, Deke Dickerson to name a few.

The No. 1 goal of the band is to deliver a high energy rockin' show, and keep Rockabilly music alive. Look out for a CD coming soon!
