Né David PEDRUSKA le 3 Mai 1928 à SPENCE (WISCONSIN)
en 1953 il forme son Premier Groupe The Dave DUDDLEY
TRIO , en 1955 il signe un Contrat le liant à KING Records
à CINCINNATI dans l'OHIO , il enregistra en 1956 un Titres
ROCKABILLY pour KING "ROCK NURSERY RHYME" un
ROCKABILLY primaire avec Contrebasse Slappé et Solos de
Guitare ROCKABILLY JAZZ , Toujour la même Année il fut
DISC JOCKEY au WCOW à ST PAUL (MINNESOTA) et un
régulié du GAY 90'S CLUB à MINNEAPOLIS dans le même état
Très connu pour son "SIX DAYS ON THE ROAD" en 1963
cette chanson deviendra l'Hymne des Routiers US et en 1965
pour "TWO SIX PACKS AWAY" , Dave est Décédé le 23
Décembre 2003.

Dick CURLESS

Né Richard William CURLESS le 17 MARS 1932 à FORT FAIRFIELD
(MAINE) , il débutat sa Carrière en 1950 dans le Style HILLBILLY
en 1956 il enregistra un ROCKABILLY pour le LABEL EVENT
"EVIL HEARTED WOMAN" un Excellent ROCKABILLY Primaire avec
Vocal Syncopé et 2 solos de Guitare plus Ajout d'une Steel
Guitar , en 1957 "TRAVELIN' MAN" rien à voir avec la Ballade
de Ricky NELSON un Titre proche du ROCKABILLY et du Style de
Johnny BOND , également comme Dave DUDDLEY il eu un gros
succès auprès des Truckers surtout en 1965 avec son "TOMBSTONE EVERY MILE" , Dick est Décédé le 25 Mai 1995.

J aime beaucoup 6 days on the road, ça me parle

Quand j'étais dans mon adolescence, j'ai écouté le commandant Cody beaucoup, beaucoup de cela était rockabilly. Je ne le savais pas. Ils chantent beaucoup de chansons de camionnage.



Je me demande parfois quel type de travail serait. Ces camions peuvent peser un tout, tout.

J'ai toujours aimé ce genre de musique.

Parfois, il est appelé Dieselbilly.

Le commandant Cody était célèbre pour Hot Rod Lincoln. Regardez, voilà un guitariste qui montre comment il a joué cette chanson.



Je ne joue pas de guitare, mais si je l'ai fait, je pense que ce serait utile. Il joue un stratocaster.

On dirait que Bill Kirchner est actuellement en tournée en Angleterre.
