HOT HOT MAMA (Stayton) JIMMY STAYTON & THE ROCKABYE BAND (BLUE HEN 220, 1956) If you got a little mama and you wanna treat her right Be a good little daddy on a Saturday night But if she starts a-putting you out of your mind You better switch over to another kind You got a hot-hot mama, but a cool-cool daddy Well, baby that just ain't right Well, tell her that you love her and you want her name If she don't accept, then you're not to blame She a-givin' her love to some other guy And you better know or find out the reason why You got a hot-hot mama, but a cool-cool daddy Well, baby that just ain't right Well, tell her that you love her and you want her name If she don't accept, then you're not to blame She a-givin' her love to some other guy And you better know or find out the reason why You got a hot-hot mama, but a cool-cool daddy Well, baby that just ain't right When you her out and you put her in your arms And she starts a-turning on all her charms And she wants to love till the break of day You better go home and hit the hay You got a hot-hot mama, but a cool-cool daddy Well, baby that just ain't right When you her out and you put her in your arms And she starts a-turning on all her charms And she wants to love till the break of day You better go home and hit the hay You got a hot-hot mama, but a cool-cool daddy Well, baby that just ain't right If you got a little mama and you wanna treat her right Be a good little daddy on a Saturday night But if she starts a-putting you out of your mind You better switch over to another kind You got a hot-hot mama, but a cool-cool daddy Well, baby that just ain't right You got a hot-hot mama, but a cool-cool daddy Well, baby that just ain't right

Collector-Oriented Compilation LPs and CDs Containing Tracks
Well, now if my baby loves me She's never say goodbye There's a gonna come another day She gonna bottle-in and hurry back She gonna want my lovin' She gonna treat me right, right, right 'Cause I can never let 'er go She's got two kinds of lovin' Not one was meant for me But the kind of lovin' that I got from my baby Was the kind that made me celibate She gonna want my lovin' She gonna treat me right, right, right 'Cause I can never let 'er go
Even though I love my baby I'd never take her back Unless she promises she give me all her lovin' And never-never let it lack She gonna want my lovin' She gonna treat me right, right, right 'Cause I can never let 'er go Well if you ever need some lovin' And you don't know what to do Just come on back to me baby I'm gonna tell all the world of you She gonna want my lovin' She gonna treat me right, right, right 'Cause I can never let 'er go
