Chanteur US né Jerry Reeves Goodman, le 8 février 1936 à Cross City (Floride). Tracy Pendarvis a débuté en 1958 à la Radio WDVH de Gainsville (Floride) et a enregistré chez Scott Records de Miami (Floride). Il a fait un court passage à la Sun de Memphis (Tennessee). Il a aussi enregistré au début des années soixante au NRC Studio d'Atlanta (Georgie). Tracy était en 1990, toujours dans le Show Business. Il est mort d'un cancer au début de l'année 1997.
