Johnny Cash, DeGarmo & Key, more Published by tunein on October 25, 2010Johnny Cash, DeGarmo & Key, Golden Gate Quartet, and Bill "Hoss" Allen will become the newest members of the GMA Gospel Music Hall of Fame, the GMA Foundation announced Monday. "The impact this group of individuals has made on gospel music is immeasurable," said Foundation chairman Ed Harper in a release. "It's an honor to recognize these inductees for their contributions." The Induction ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 24, 2011, at Trinity Music City Auditorium in Hendersonville. The event is free and open to the public. Since being established in 1971, the Nashville-based institution has inducted over 150 members, including Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton and Amy Grant. Source : HERE | |
