Tommy SPURLIN Est né en 1928 à ELBA (ALABAMA) je ne c'est pas grand chose sur lui , mais seulement qu'il enregitras Quelques Très Bon ROCKABILLY en 1956 à MIAMI en FLORIDE avec sa FORMATION Tommy SPURLIN And The SOUNTHERN BOYS d'abord sur le LABEL PERFECT 1 er Singles le 45-C-109 "HANG LOOSE" Très Bon Morceau couplé à "ONE-EYED SAM" de la même veine en Août 56 , sortie le Mois d'après du Singles 45-C-109 avec "HANG LOOSE" mais cette Version étant différente de l'autre avec Batterie Rajouté ou pas ? Mais sur un LABEL Différent ART Records Ensuite sortiras en 1957 le ART 45-131 avec "NO TIME FOR HEARTACHES" Formidable ROCKABILLY calqué sur HANG LOOSE avec Chorus Vocal sur le Couplet en 2 è Titres le BLUESY "HEART THROB" la Magie des FIFTIES dans toutes sa Splendeur.

pour l'instant je me contente de la version de Ric Cartey(acheté 5 francs) a noter que le morceau est signé SPURLIN/JERRY REED et que la face b"i want you to know"(un super morceau aussi)est signé JERRY REED.
